Your files stay protected

Files travel over an encrypted HTTPS (TLS) connection and go only to the Apogee Ventures inbox. Frequency plans, filings, drawings, and photos are used only to assess the request and are not shared outside Apogee. Export-controlled material is handled under ITAR and EAR procedures. If you would rather have paperwork in place first, Apogee will sign an NDA or set up a secure transfer link before you send anything: ask for one.

Frequently asked questions

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. A mutual NDA is executed with the scope, before any documents are exchanged. Either party's template is acceptable.

Do you work on contingency or success fees?

No. No fees tied to a grant, a coordination outcome, or capital raised. Flat or hourly, quoted in advance.

Can you execute FCC or ITU filings?

Apogee provides the strategy, the technical showings, and the analysis, and works alongside licensed counsel, who execute the filings and give the legal advice.

Do you attend meetings in person?

Yes. On-site support covers coordination meetings, agency visits, hearings, and board meetings, at a day rate plus travel at cost.

How is the work priced?

Fixed fee for bounded work, a retainer for ongoing work, a day rate on site. Every engagement is quoted in writing before work starts, and the quote changes only if the scope changes.

How fast can you start?

Licensing reviews and showings usually start within two weeks of a signed scope and run two to four weeks. Comment deadlines and transaction timelines are accommodated when the docket or the deal requires it.

Do you work with non-US operators?

Yes. US market access for foreign-licensed systems is part of the practice. Where an engagement touches controlled technical data, it receives an export review before that discussion begins.
